Analytics Engineer

What you will do

• Lead and collaborate with engineers, product teams, and analysts to develop self-serve insight products that are responsive, precise, and scalable at petabyte levels
• Own the data product lifecycle: design tracking plans, develop data models, build ELT pipelines, and deliver self-serve insights (e.g., Looker explores and dashboards)
• Ensure data quality and consistent metric reporting across multiple data products
• Work with a modern data stack including BigQuery, dbt, and Looker
• Provide technical leadership to improve stakeholders’ daily operations and product outcomes
• Mentor team members and drive adoption of best practices

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of relevant experience in data analytics or data engineering, with strong SQL skills
• Proficiency in Python to write clean, maintainable scripts for automating data workflows and integrating data sources
• Deep expertise with the modern data stack: BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt, Looker, Airflow, GitHub, Terraform, and command line-based workflows
• Solid understanding of data modeling principles (e.g., Kimball methodology, star schemas)
• Ability to translate business needs into advanced analytics solutions and maintain strong business context
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
