What you will do

• Build and maintain shared engineering services and internal tools to support business units.
• Own projects end-to-end, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to meet their needs.
• Enhance observability through metrics, alerting, logging, and telemetry integration.
• Develop and optimize Continuous Deployment pipelines using infrastructure as code in cloud environments.
• Automate upgrades for managed services and VMs to improve system stability.
• Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of system resources.

Requirements

• Experience with CI/CD, secrets management, infrastructure as code, and observability.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and operating managed services in cloud environments (preferably AWS).
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals including IP addressing and routing.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for asynchronous collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience operating Kubernetes in production.
• Proficiency in the Go programming language.
