What you will do

• Own the operational stability, availability, and reliability of a global IVR platform across AWS and on-premises environments.
• Manage production deployments, environment configuration, and release activities.
• Monitor system health and performance using logs and metrics to ensure high availability.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents, specifically troubleshooting infrastructure, voice, and SIP issues.
• Collaborate with IVR engineers, architects, and QA teams to improve platform observability.
• Integrate security best practices, including access control and vulnerability scanning, into the pipeline.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or operations-focused roles supporting production systems.
• Proficiency with AWS services: EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, and VPC.
• Strong experience with Unix/Linux production environments and AWS-hosted relational databases (Aurora MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls) and traffic analysis tools like Wireshark.
• Practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.

Nice to have

• Programming experience in Golang.
• Experience with AWS CloudFormation.
