What you will do

• Own the end-to-end localization strategy for website and marketing journeys across priority markets.
• Partner with Web, Growth, Marketing Ops, and Content teams to integrate localization into campaign workflows.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted translation tools while maintaining high quality and brand consistency.
• Define and track key performance metrics from top-of-funnel engagement to downstream business impact.
• Develop data-backed optimization recommendations and lead execution with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams to align localized programs with global campaign strategies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing, specifically in localization, international campaigns, or regional marketing.
• Strong background in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from brief through launch.
• Hands-on experience with TMS platforms like Phrase or Smartling.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect engagement metrics to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
