What you will do
- Own the end-to-end localization strategy for website and marketing journeys across priority markets.
- Partner with Web, Growth, Marketing Ops, and Content teams to integrate localization into campaign workflows.
- Drive the adoption of AI-assisted translation tools while maintaining high quality and brand consistency.
- Define and track key performance metrics from top-of-funnel engagement to downstream business impact.
- Develop data-backed optimization recommendations and lead execution with cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to align localized programs with global campaign strategies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, specifically in localization, international campaigns, or regional marketing.
- Strong background in B2B SaaS marketing.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from brief through launch.
- Hands-on experience with TMS platforms like Phrase or Smartling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect engagement metrics to business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
