What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end AI systems and agent-based solutions from concept to production.
• Translate business priorities into scalable, robust, and production-ready architectures.
• Develop engineering standards, patterns, and reusable components for AI use cases.
• Make critical technical decisions on models, tooling, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Ensure system reliability through comprehensive evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers contributing to AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering production-grade AI systems end-to-end.
• Deep expertise in generative AI and LLMs, including orchestration, prompting, and evaluation.
• Experience building agentic or multi-step AI systems.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in APIs, system design, and cloud architectures.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or fast-moving problem spaces.
• Experience influencing engineering standards and practices across multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to AI platforms or reusable frameworks.
• Familiarity with LLMOps, MLOps, and production evaluation practices.
• Experience embedding AI into core business processes or large-scale regulated enterprise systems.
