What you will do

• Synthesize partner, customer, and industry insights to identify ecosystem opportunities and advise on integrations delivering developer value.
• Design, build, and maintain reference integrations, sample apps, CLIs, SDK extensions, and POCs using Go, Ruby, or Typescript with AI tooling.
• Deliver technical enablement through documentation, workshops, and labs on hirify.global Copilot integrations and agentic AI patterns.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to partners and internal teams, shaping platform capabilities and product improvements.
• Own end-to-end integration lifecycle from design to production rollout, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams on deals, launches, demos, and public representations.

Requirements

• 7+ years in business development, partner management, strategy, go-to-market, or related, or equivalent with degree (Bachelor's 5+, Master's 3+, Doctorate 1+).
• 7+ years in technical consulting, consultative selling, software engineering, or related technical experience.
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, developer platforms, generative AI, LLMs, or prompt engineering.

Nice to have

• 9+ years in business/partner roles or equivalent with degree.
• 3+ years with APIs, SDKs, developer platforms, generative AI, LLMs, or prompt engineering.
• Experience owning full integration lifecycles with partners.
• Direct work with external partners on complex technical implementations with high autonomy.
