• Design and develop net new conversational ad experiences on the Search page.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions across the advertising ecosystem.
• Build large-scale, low-latency distributed systems and ML infrastructure.
• Implement LLM models in production and contribute to LLMOps.
• Create scalable systems to deliver personalized ad experiences for millions of shoppers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of systems.
• Proven experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
• Must be based in Seattle, WA.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle (coding standards, reviews, build processes, testing).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
