What you will do

• Handle support requests and provide troubleshooting for R&D-developed tools and applications.
• Gather user insights and provide recommendations and change requests to the internal R&D team.
• Collaborate with production and communications teams to align priorities and coordinate user training.
• Promote R&D initiatives and drive tool adoption across game and art production teams.
• Foster collaboration and facilitate feedback sessions between R&D and production teams.

Requirements

• Experience in technical support or community management within a game studio or software development team.
• Exceptional English proficiency with a focus on precision and clarity.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse technical and creative teams.
• Experience with support ticketing systems and documentation tools such as Jira, Freshservice, or Sharepoint.
• Must be located in or able to work from Prague, Czech Republic.

Nice to have

• Understanding of game art pipelines, AI-driven tools, or technical workflows.
• Business level proficiency in Mandarin.
