What you will do

• Manage the procurement, distribution, and licensing of neuropsychological paper and pencil tests for global clinical trials.
• Coordinate the migration of traditional assessments into electronic formats in collaboration with eCOA vendors and licensors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external scale licensors and translation vendors.
• Work with the legal team to secure all required licenses and permissions for industry-sponsored studies.
• Oversee internal compliance with copyright agreements and provide reporting to copyright holders.
• Maintain scales databases, libraries, and project tracking tools while managing deliverables across a project portfolio.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in psychology or a related scientific field.
• 3-5 years of clinical trial experience.
• Knowledge of intellectual property law and copyright law.
• Understanding of neuropsychological tests and patient or caregiver reported outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general awareness of IT concepts.
