What you will do

• Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for the company's proposition portfolio, ensuring clear rationale and competitive positioning.
• Lead market and competitive intelligence to anticipate industry shifts and evaluate how AI is reshaping professional development.
• Develop initial pricing recommendations and commercial frameworks for new and evolving propositions.
• Manage the pilot and soft launch process for new offerings to validate market fit through MVP testing.
• Own the strategy and growth of the Experience Centre, a secure environment for clients and sellers to explore products.
• Build and lead a high-impact Product Strategy team, fostering a culture of strategic rigor and evidence-based thinking.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product strategy, management consulting, or business strategy.
• Direct experience with AI-powered products and the ability to translate AI trends into roadmap direction.
• Proven people leadership experience leading and developing strategic teams.
• Experience partnering with C-level executives to influence company-wide strategic decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement (3 days/week in office).

Nice to have

• Experience in a services-enabled-by-platform business (pure SaaS background alone is not ideal).
