What you will do

• Lead improvement initiatives in acquisition and project development by defining optimal commercial and technical supplier solutions.
• Manage the electronic component portfolio and strategic purchasing activities across the entire product lifecycle.
• Identify and implement cost reduction measures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute commodity strategies to drive performance to top-quartile levels.
• Perform innovation scouting for new technologies and emerging players to challenge the status quo.
• Lead contract and annual negotiations across the supplier panel to ensure strategic objectives are met.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Business, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Deep understanding of electronic components and procurement best practices.
• Proven track record of driving cost improvement opportunities.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
