What you will do

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions across multiple entities and currencies.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries based on underlying business activity.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations across different entities and regions.
• Support month-end close processes to improve accuracy and timelines.
• Maintain organized and audit-ready financial documentation.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or operations role.
• Experience working with multi-entity, multi-cost center, and/or multi-currency structures.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage (NetSuite is a plus).
• Must be based in Poland or Romania.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
