What you will do

• Execute end-to-end programmatic campaigns using platforms like Beeswax and Google Ads.
• Monitor and optimize campaign pacing and delivery to meet client KPIs while maintaining financial margins.
• Troubleshoot ad tech nuances, format capabilities, and programmatic delivery issues to find root causes.
• Identify and automate repetitive manual tasks to streamline Ad Ops infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to test new ad tech features and marketplace connections.
• Partner with Account Management and Sales to translate client briefs into actionable campaign setups and inventory forecasts.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in digital ad operations with a focus on programmatic advertising.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns within major DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, or Beeswax).
• Technical knowledge of VAST/HTML5 formats and 3rd party tag vendors (DCM, Innovid, Moat, IAS).
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and interpretation.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Must be based in New York, US (Hybrid)
