Assistant Planner

TL;DR

Assistant Planner (Retail): Supporting merchandising and planning through accurate reporting, inventory management, and show scheduling with an accent on data integrity and commercial KPIs. Focus on partnering with teams to build shows, monitor promotional performance, and optimize processes in a fast-paced live trading environment.

Hybrid: onsite at London (Chiswick) office 2 days a week (predetermined days).

What you will do

• Support Planning team with timely reporting on reorders, inventory, advance orders, and pricing, ensuring data accuracy.
• Create and manage live/non-live show plans and schedules in JAMM, adapting to changes and priorities.
• Partner with Non-Live Channels and Programming teams to build shows, manage repeats, and communicate updates.
• Monitor performance of promotions, teases, and shows, providing insights and recommendations.
• Own processes, identifying improvements for efficiency in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• Experience in planning, merchandising, or retail support with understanding of sales, margin, inventory, and commercial KPIs.
• High attention to detail and confidence with data, reports, and systems in live trading.
• Strong Excel skills; ability to learn multiple systems (merchandise management or scheduling tools advantageous).
• Proactive, resilient mindset with positive approach and leadership competencies.
• Clear communication and collaborative style for building relationships across teams.
