What you will do

• Lead process development, validation, and transfer for consumer electronics from EVT/DVT through PVT and mass production ramp.
• Own the process documentation suite, including assembly flow diagrams, PFMEA, control plans, and visual work instructions.
• Conduct DFM and DFA reviews in close collaboration with mechanical and electrical engineering teams.
• Drive yield improvement and defect reduction using DOE, SPC, and root cause analysis (8D, 5-why, Ishikawa).
• Manage process qualification milestones and factory readiness reviews at ODM/OEM/EMS manufacturing partners.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles such as value stream mapping, Kaizen, and 5S to eliminate waste and improve throughput.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Process Engineer.
• Deep expertise in manufacturing processes for consumer electronics.
• Proficiency in executing capability studies (Cp/Cpk, GR&R, MSA) on critical assembly operations.
• Experience collaborating with R&D engineers and external manufacturing partners.
• Ability to represent manufacturing requirements at NPI stage-gate reviews.
