What you will do
- Manage the corporate press desk and act as the first point of contact for media queries on a shift basis.
- Handle sensitive and reputationally damaging issues to protect and enhance the organization's image.
- Produce high-quality communications materials, including press releases, briefings, and presentations.
- Perform media monitoring and manage the central Press Office inbox.
- Support social media channels by creating digital assets and promoting news stories.
- Assist in the organization and delivery of press conferences and other corporate events.
Requirements
- Experience in a communications environment writing for diverse outlets under tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of print, broadcast, and online media channels.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms to promote content and news.
- English: C1+ proficiency with excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for professional communication via phone and face-to-face.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid).
