Internal Communications Manager (Hospitality): Leading the creation and delivery of engaging communications to connect colleagues across a national network of hostels with an accent on organizational change and digital tool integration. Location: Hybrid – remote with travel to head office (Derby) and around the network. Must be based in the UK.
Salary: £36,000 - £42,500 per annum

What you will do
- Develop and execute an internal communications strategy to support business priorities and organizational transformation.
- Identify, implement, and manage modern digital solutions and channels for internal engagement.
- Create high-quality internal content, including newsletters, briefings, and articles to inspire staff across the network.
- Plan and host internal engagement activities such as webinars, briefings, and "Ask-the-Exec" sessions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to gather stories, share updates, and celebrate organizational impact.
- Support staff confidence and engagement during periods of organizational change.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading internal communications strategies within complex or national organizations.
- Expertise in using Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, and SharePoint to drive engagement.
- Demonstrated success in managing internal communications during organizational change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Strong project management skills and experience in event coordination and facilitation.
- Ability to travel to the head office and across the national network.
