What you will do

• Act as the Tier 1 and 2 analyst for global users, managing JDE profile maintenance and security setups.
• Monitor system health and manage JDE batch job scheduling, maintenance, and administration.
• Analyze and track incidents in ServiceNow to identify repetitive problems and implement permanent fixes.
• Oversee JDE interfaces and perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies using integrity reports.
• Monitor and support month, quarter, and year-end financial close processes to ensure system availability.
• Troubleshoot JDE approval routes for Procurement and create user troubleshooting manuals and training guides.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in an operations or analyst role.
• Deep knowledge of JDE Procurement and Financial workflows.
• Proficiency with DMAAIs, Orchestrator, Scanman (OCR), and SQL.
• Ability to use Google Sheets/Excel and ServiceNow for incident management.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience with All Out Security (AOS).
• Knowledge of Smart Scheduler.
• Experience with Version1 Approval Express.
• Knowledge of OMW and project promotion activities.
