What you will do

• Fulfill customer purchase orders from distributors and Alliance partners using Salesforce and Vpower.
• Validate order information, audit pricing and part numbers, and ensure adherence to purchase policies.
• Generate and distribute licensing keys to customers for order fulfillment.
• Maintain CRM records and build licensing contracts to develop future renewal opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, renewals, deal desk, and technical teams to resolve joint issues.
• Execute month-end closing procedures and handle queries regarding revenue recognition and splits.

Requirements

• English: Advanced proficiency required
• Location: Must be based in Romania
• Experience in order processing, accounting, or customer support.
• Proficiency in MS Office automation tools, specifically Excel and Outlook.
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.
