What you will do

  • Lead and develop the Customer Excellence data practice, defining service offerings for commercial data platforms and CRM.
  • Deliver customer data and CRM transformation programs for life sciences clients using Veeva CRM, Veeva Network, and similar platforms.
  • Design target operating models, data governance frameworks, and master data processes aligned with regulatory compliance.
  • Manage and mentor global project teams, coach consultants, and promote best practices.
  • Contribute to business development through proposals, solution design, and opportunity identification.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in data transformation, CRM, or master data management in life sciences.
  • Strong experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Network, or similar commercial platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of customer master data (HCP/HCO), commercial ecosystems, and affiliate integrations.
  • Experience defining data governance and master data operating models.
  • Proven leadership in client engagements and global delivery teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; experience in regulated pharma/biotech environments.
