Salary: PLN 23,000 – 26,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Own commercial analytics for GTM, including pricing models, deal economics, and revenue forecasting.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis workflows and scenario modeling.
• Build and maintain pricing frameworks across multiple product lines including tier restructuring and competitive benchmarking.
• Identify and size revenue levers, addressing underpricing, margin leakage, and packaging opportunities.
• Develop standalone business cases for new commercial initiatives and market expansions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on monetization, profitability, and channel economics.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in commercial analytics, pricing strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting.
• Proven ability to build complex financial models and business cases from scratch.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (LLMs, copilots) to optimize research and data analysis.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, subscription, or payments businesses with knowledge of ARPU, LTV, and churn.
• English: C1+ proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Poland (Warsaw for hybrid).

Nice to have

• Background in top-tier management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
• Experience in PE-backed or high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with CRM and pipeline analytics tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
