What you will do

• Map and redesign publisher workflows, including onboarding, billing, and campaign approval, using BPMN.
• Develop and manage comprehensive business rules documentation for core platform capabilities.
• Design standardized "Golden Path" workflows to optimize a multi-tenant, API-driven architecture.
• Collaborate with the Head of Data & AI to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Audit automated processes to verify efficiency and track ROI metrics such as cycle time and auto-approval rates.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into specifications for engineering teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in BPMN, UML, and Swimlane diagramming.
• Experience defining and managing API contracts and data models (REST, GraphQL, JSON).
• Deep understanding of AdTech or white-label SaaS operational workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required.
• Location: Must be based in Albania, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-native SaaS (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD tooling.
• Background in process governance, release management, RACI matrices, and change control.
