IT Security Business Analyst (IAM/PAM): Analyze business and technical requirements for secure handling of non-human privileged access, including credentials for applications, services, DevOps pipelines, and cloud environments with an accent on Secrets Management practices, vendor evaluation, and compliance. Focus on bridging business needs with technical implementation, supporting PoCs, defining roadmaps, and driving stakeholder meetings to enhance organizational security standards.

Location: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Salary: 800-1050 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Analyze, assess, and validate business/technical requirements, use cases, and gaps in Secrets Management
• Support vendor selection, PoC activities, and implementation plans/roadmaps
• Drive meetings with key stakeholders and collaborate with PM, PO, architects, and SMEs
• Document functional/non-functional requirements and translate business needs to technical specs
• Contribute to maturity growth of PAM/IAM capabilities and risk reduction

Requirements

• At least 5+ years as Business Analyst, including in IT Security / IAM / PAM
• Experience in risk management, vendor selection, change management
• Knowledge of IAM/PAM best practices, Least Privilege, SoD, Zero Trust
• Experience in Agile/Scrum, DevOps, SDLC
• Familiarity with security frameworks (CIS, COBIT, NIST, ISO 2700x)
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Nice to have

• Experience with CyberArk
• PAM / Secrets Management projects
• Knowledge of PAM controls
