Head of Foundation (Web3): Driving the Arbitrum Foundation’s business development, ecosystem growth, and strategic partnerships with an accent on Web3 expansion, public representation, and long-term foundation strategy. Focus on identifying new growth opportunities, building relationships with developers and ecosystem stakeholders, and executing cross-functional initiatives across the blockchain ecosystem.
Location: Remote, Europe / APAC

What you will do
- Lead business development efforts and identify new growth opportunities for the Foundation.
- Define and execute the Foundation and ecosystem strategy with the Board of Directors and internal stakeholders.
- Represent Arbitrum publicly at conferences, panels, and Web3 events.
- Build and maintain partnerships with Web3 stakeholders, developers, influencers, and Web2 enterprises exploring Web3.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and other cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
- Highlight partner and community contributions across the Arbitrum ecosystem.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, Web3, blockchain, or technology.
- Established public presence in the Web3 or blockchain space, including representation at major conferences, panels, and events.
- Experience defining and executing long-term strategic plans and ecosystem growth strategies.
- Strong relationship-building track record with developers, stakeholders, influencers, ecosystem funds, VC funds, and leading Web3 projects.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across departments such as marketing, product, and operations.
- Deep understanding of the Web3 space and a crypto-native background.
