Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

What you will do

• Design end-to-end product experiences for mobile-first and marketplace environments.
• Optimize conversion rates across the user journey, including discovery, evaluation, and purchase.
• Create experiences that drive user retention and engagement, such as subscriptions, loyalty programs, and community features.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research teams to translate complex problems into clear user flows and design solutions.
• Produce and maintain design artifacts, including information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Analyze product analytics and behavioral data to guide design decisions and evolve the design system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI design work.
• Proven experience designing for mobile applications and marketplace platforms.
• Track record of improving conversion, retention, or engagement metrics in live products.
• Must be based in the LATAM region.
• Ability to lead medium to large product initiatives independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2C eCommerce or marketplace environments.
• Knowledge of user lifecycle, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or Design Sprints.
