What you will do

• Design and evolve digital products across web and mobile platforms to ensure superior user experience.
• Translate business and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Conduct UX research activities to validate hypotheses and identify product improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders within multidisciplinary squads.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries for visual and functional consistency.
• Perform usability testing and behavioral analysis to refine user journeys.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Proven experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer for digital products.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
• Experience with responsive interfaces and end-to-end product design workflows.
• Solid understanding of design systems and component-based design practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Design, Information Systems, Communication, Psychology, or related fields.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS products.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS).
