Salary: $127,500 - $185,000 USD

• Represent R&D engineering at the leadership level from early concept through mass production.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in product development with significant leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record of scaling high-performing teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical/electrical fabrication and small appliance components.
• Proficiency with CAD fundamentals, test equipment, and data analysis tools.
• Must be able to work on-site at the Needham, MA office.
