What you will do

• Perform onsite and offsite maintenance of camera hardware: diagnose issues, install, replace, and configure per company standards.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance checks and respond promptly to service calls to meet customer SLAs.
• Install hirify.global product onto shelves, ceilings, and equipment using power tools, following installation plans.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and time spent using company tools.
• Onboard/scan products into the system and attend night installations as required.
• Collaborate with team, communicate updates, adhere to safety protocols, and meet speed/quality KPIs.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Proven experience as field service technician in installation, construction, or related field.
• Strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues.
• Proficiency with power tools and installation equipment.
• Physical stamina for demanding tasks up to 9 hours on feet; ability to work nights/weekends.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management under pressure, and communication skills.
