What you will do
- Visit 12-15 assigned locker sites daily on scheduled routes and ad hoc requests.
- Replace consumables like thermal printer rolls and perform operational checks.
- Conduct cleanliness audits and minor repairs such as printer components or door alignments (training provided).
- Identify and report faults, damage, or vandalism using ServiceMax mobile app.
- Maintain records of visits, tasks, and stock usage; ensure sites are clean and operational.
- Represent the company professionally with hosts and public.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Able to work independently, manage time, and follow schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in high standards.
- Comfortable using smartphones/tablets for logging.
- Physically fit: lift up to 20kg, work outdoors, use ladders.
- Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, proactive problem-solver.
- Previous field-based experience (parcel servicing, vending, courier, facilities).
- Basic DIY/mechanical skills with hand/light power tools.
