What you will do

• Own and evolve digital measurement across acquisition and e-commerce journeys to ensure data accuracy and resilience.
• Design and implement analytics approaches that function effectively in a consent-led, privacy-first environment.
• Manage tagging and tracking via Google Tag Manager and resolve analytics defects with technology partners.
• Analyse full-funnel customer behavior to identify friction points and conversion opportunities.
• Lead the analytics input for UX, CRO, and acquisition testing programmes, ensuring robust experiment evaluation.
• Develop automated dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or Looker Studio to surface key metrics.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on expertise in Google Analytics (essential) and Google Tag Manager.
• Proven ability to deliver insights that drive measurable performance improvement.
• Strong understanding of digital journeys, funnels, and attribution models.
• Proficiency in SQL; Python or advanced analytical techniques are an advantage.
• Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.
• Must be based in or able to work from Manchester, York, Colchester, Birmingham, or London.
