What you will do

• Design data-led prevention strategies to stay ahead of emerging fraud trends across multiple systems.
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover risks and translate insights into effective fraud controls.
• Continuously monitor and optimize existing fraud strategies to improve performance and efficiency.
• Lead and support key initiatives with internal teams and external partners to strengthen fraud prevention.
• Balance risk mitigation with customer experience to ensure a seamless user journey.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience using SQL and Python for data analysis and problem solving.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to act quickly on identified issues.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for communicating insights.
• Must be based in London

Nice to have

• Understanding of the payments ecosystem or professional experience in fraud prevention.
• Experience with data science tools, including graph analytics databases.
• Knowledge of credit cards, lending products, or broader financial services.
