Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director (AI Companionship): Own end-to-end production of vertical (9:16) short drama series (10–15 episodes per series, ~1 min each + trailer) with an accent on scripting, directing, editing, and ensuring character consistency using in-house AI copilot. Focus on crafting hooks, cliffhangers, minute-to-minute escalation, and collaborating with AI content creators, tech team, and executives.

What you will do

• Own 1–2 vertical mini-series at a time, producing 10–15 episodes (~1 min each) plus trailers.
• Create scripts, direct, edit, and finish episodes yourself using in-house AI copilot for character consistency and casting.
• Collaborate with AI content creators, tech team, other directors, and executives.
• Learn and apply AI content creation stack quickly.

Requirements

• Perfectly fluent in English with strong communication and collaborative skills.
• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video.
• Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers, minute-to-minute escalation.
• Experience with vertical drama platforms.
• Goal-oriented doer mindset, obsessive about speed, performance, iteration; humble and open to feedback.
• Have played around with AI generation tools (Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, Seedance).

• Strong background in film editing.
