TL;DR

YouTube Long-Form AI Creator/Producer (AI): Conceive, script, and produce viral long-form videos (10–30+ min) using AI tools across the full production pipeline from ideation to delivery. Focus on leveraging AI for research, generation, editing, and optimization to drive YouTube retention, views, and channel growth.

Location: Fully Remote (Multiple locations)

What you will do

  • Research, develop, and pitch original long-form video concepts tailored to audience and YouTube best practices.
  • Analyze trends, data, and competitors to maintain content pipeline.
  • Write detailed scripts with hooks, narratives, CTAs, and retention structures.
  • Use AI tools for research, scripting, voiceover, image/video generation, editing, and thumbnails.
  • Deliver complete videos independently or manage freelance teams for larger projects.
  • Track performance metrics and refine content strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in long-form AI-generated/assisted YouTube content with real viewership.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for text, image, video, audio generation.
  • Strong scriptwriting, storytelling, and YouTube retention knowledge.
  • Ability to work fully independently end-to-end.
  • Experience managing freelance editors or small teams.
  • Proficiency in video editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar).
  • Fluent English with strong written communication.

  • Own YouTube channel with 50K+ subscribers in AI content.
  • Experience growing a channel from scratch.
  • Motion graphics and thumbnail design skills.
  • YouTube monetization and sponsorship knowledge.
