Videographer (Portfolio Analyses): Own end-to-end production of signature Portfolio Analysis videos from shoot to final export with an accent on high-quality footage capture, editing, pacing, storytelling, color grading, and sound design. Focus on bringing creative vision through new narrative structures, visual treatments, and pacing experiments to increase retention, engagement, and conversion on YouTube.

Location: Paris, onsite/hybrid with mandatory in-person team meetings 6 times a year. Teammates across France and Europe.

What you will do

• Own Portfolio Analysis video format end-to-end: production setup, capturing high-quality footage including framing, lighting, and sound.
• Handle post-production: editing, pacing, storytelling, color grading, and sound design.
• Propose creative improvements like new narrative structures, visual treatments, and pacing to boost viewer retention and business metrics.
• Ensure every video delivers direct impact on engagement and conversion.

Requirements

• Expert level in Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Capable of owning full shoot: framing, lighting, sound recording, and setup
• Strong storytelling skills with focus on pacing, tension, and viewer retention
• Highly autonomous, turning minimal briefs into high-quality outputs
• Sharp eye for detail in image, sound, and storytelling
• Fluent in French and comfortable working in English
• Genuine interest in personal finance and investing
• Clean, structured project files and scalable workflows

Nice to have

• Edited YouTube videos with 500K+ views
• Deep knowledge of YouTube mechanics (CTR, retention, thumbnails)
• Experience integrating data visualization into videos
• Worked with top creator ecosystems or production companies
• Familiarity with Sony production gear
• Experience using performance metrics to inform creative decisions
