What you will do

• Draft, edit, and coordinate press releases, media advisories, Q&As, fact sheets, and related content.
• Maintain daily contact with journalists: respond to inquiries, pitch stories, coordinate interviews.
• Organize and execute press events, influencer activations, and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage media monitoring, reporting, coverage clippings, media lists, and dashboards.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends, provide summaries and insights.
• Liaise with internal teams for messaging alignment and uphold brand tone in communications.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, media relations, or journalism
• Strong autonomy, ownership of tasks and deadlines
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with media databases (Meltwater, Cision), CMS, and social media tools
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure
• Team player with proactive mindset

Nice to have

• Experience in agency, startup, or media environment
• Knowledge of crisis communication or reputation management
• Exposure to public affairs or stakeholder engagement
