What you will do

• Own campaign scheduling across accounts, track timelines and deliverables, coordinate internal handoffs
• Execute media outreach, build journalist lists, draft pitches for content promotion and links
• Support data-driven campaigns: pull datasets, identify story angles, research, fact-check, QA assets
• Assist managers with QA, performance tracking, documentation, stakeholder communication
• Shadow and lead client communications, share deliverables, handle challenging situations
• Develop DPR scheduling tracker for leadership to monitor progress across accounts

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication for pitches and results presentation
• Comfortable with data, research, pulling datasets, story angles, fact-checking
• Proactive, self-directed with ownership over accounts and tasks
• Interest in career in digital PR, content marketing, or SEO toward manager role
