What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic communications plans for North America, focusing on internal and change communications.
• Adapt global messaging and plans into engaging local communication for business areas and operations.
• Support external communications, media relations, employer branding, and social media presence.
• Oversee and approve the production of internal content, presentations, and campaigns.
• Manage internal communication channels and track KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with People and Culture, IT, and Executive Leadership on organizational change initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in communications.
• Proven track record in driving impactful internal communications.
• Experience in international corporate or industrial environments.
• Strategic involvement in change management, transformation, and organizational culture projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Must be based in Atlanta, GA.

Nice to have

• Experience in media relations and mergers and acquisitions.
