What you will do

• Own the end-to-end production of 1–2 vertical short drama series at a time (10–15 episodes per series).
• Write scripts and bring storytelling craft to every episode, ensuring strong hooks and cliffhangers.
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode independently.
• Utilize in-house AI copilots for casting, character consistency, and trailer generation.
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators, technical teams, and the executive leadership team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience directing or showrunning short-form narrative video.
• Strong scripting instincts for minute-to-minute escalation and narrative hooks.
• Experience with vertical drama platforms.
• Familiarity with AI generation tools such as Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Pika, or similar.
• English: Perfectly fluent (C1+) required.

• Strong background in professional film editing.
