What you will do

• Design and produce senior secondary mathematics lesson videos.
• Prototype video styles, formats, workflows, and production tools.
• Explain complex mathematical concepts concisely, engagingly, and accessibly.
• Use AI tools for scripting, narration, visual development, editing, and production workflows.
• Research competitor offerings and define high-quality lesson video standards.
• Build scalable production approaches across books, topics, and state-based courses while collaborating with educators and curriculum teams.

Requirements

• Experience producing educational video content, ideally in mathematics or another technical subject.
• Strong understanding of senior secondary mathematics and clear instructional communication.
• Strong instincts for pacing, clarity, engagement, and visual communication.
• Confidence with modern video, animation, and AI-assisted production tools.
• Ability to move from concept to prototype to refined output quickly and independently.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end and continuously test, iterate, and improve quality.
