Location: Hybrid (offices across Europe). 2 days in the office are recommended.

Salary: €81,600 - €110,400 gross per year

What you will do

• Develop and implement policies for new and existing product categories.
• Balance business objectives, operational costs, user experience, and legal requirements.
• Build and refine collaboration processes between product, customer support, operations, and moderation teams.
• Continuously optimize policies based on real-world impact, member feedback, and business needs.

Requirements

• Experience as a Policy Manager in digital marketplaces, eCommerce platforms, or similar consumer-facing environments.
• Strong strategic and tactical thinking with risk-based judgment in fast-changing environments.
• Proven project and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to use data and analytical skills for strategic decision-making.
• English: C1+ (excellent written and spoken) required.
