Salary: €80,000 – €110,000

What you will do

• Spearhead strategic ventures from zero to one, creating scalable revenue streams aligned with growth goals.
• Execute high-priority missions directly with the CEO using rapid testing and data-based decisions.
• Manage primary relationships and project delivery for the world's largest advertisers.
• Develop scaling methodologies and innovative operational frameworks in collaboration with R&D leads.
• Lead cross-functional sprints and workshops to ensure timely delivery of high-quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven track record in strategic consulting or high-growth startup operations, specifically in venture building.
• Deep proficiency in analyzing market trends and complex datasets to drive business decisions.
• Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in applying Design Thinking and Lean Startup frameworks.
• Must be based in Berlin and work on-site 5 days a week.
