Business Analyst (Fintech)

Focus on translating business needs into functional specifications (BRD, US) and bridging the gap between business stakeholders and development teams.

What you will do

• Elicit business requirements and define processes through collaborative stakeholder engagement.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation including BRDs, RFPs, DRSs, and User Stories with acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary link between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Translate business requirements into viable technical solutions with tangible benefits.
• Support development and testing teams during build and implementation phases.
• Identify new technology opportunities to improve business efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia (Hybrid).
• Proficiency in UML, BPMN, or other modeling notations.
• Strong background in software development and knowledge of the full SDLC.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum) methodology.
• 3rd level qualification, preferably IT-related.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• PBA or CCBA certification.
