Location: Remote from anywhere in the world (EMEA time zone) or onsite in Riga, Latvia

What you will do

• Collaborate with business owners to define product vision, roadmap, and detailed feature requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, maintaining traceability across the lifecycle.
• Work closely with C#/.NET developers to review process flows, data models, and ensure accurate implementation.
• Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, and the definition of acceptance criteria.
• Assess, document, and design API improvements to align with business goals and usability standards.
• Support QA and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes with comprehensive documentation and test scenarios.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS, CPQ, billing, or marketplace platforms.
• Deep understanding of subscription and consumption-based business models.
• Technical proficiency in C#/.NET environments, including the ability to read and interpret code.
• Experience with API development, design, and integration workflows.
• English: Solid spoken and written communication skills required.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Studies, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Business Scrum Master or Project Management certification.
