Location: Worldwide. Flexible work (Remote or Hybrid from hubs in Mexico, Serbia, Cyprus, or Georgia). Relocation support is available.

What you will do

• Collect and formalize requirements from stakeholders and lead delivery from discovery to rollout.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, data/ML, and risk operations (Fraud/AML) to align the monitoring roadmap.
• Identify root causes of monitoring gaps (false positives/negatives) and coordinate cross-functional resolutions.
• Implement risk analytics and reporting best practices to improve alert quality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with designers and operations to optimize case-management UX and investigator productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in documenting and managing requirements for complex systems, preferably in fintech or banking.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and exploratory analysis.
• Ability to translate risk needs into clear technical deliverables for development and data teams.
• Experience with BPMN, UML, or DFD for process and data flow visualization.
• English level B2+ for communication with an international team.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Superset or Tableau for dashboard and KPI design.
• Understanding of APIs and event streaming technologies like Kafka.
• Familiarity with transaction monitoring, risk scoring, and alert triage concepts.
