Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, and formalize business requirements from stakeholders into functional specifications and User Stories.
• Design and document business processes using BPMN or swimlane notation.
• Configure ServiceNow platform components, including tables, forms, fields, views, and lists.
• Build and maintain Service Catalog items and Record Producers.
• Collaborate with developers to design automation logic using Flow Designer and Business Rules.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and working with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (tables, forms, Service Catalog).
• Proficiency in BPMN or UML process notation.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Understanding of relational databases and data model design.
• English: B2 or above required for documentation and written communication.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA or CAD).
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, or CSM modules.
• Basic JavaScript skills for reading and writing scripts.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and REST API / IntegrationHub.
• Involvement in data migration or ServiceNow upgrade projects.
