What you will do

• Develop and manage organic growth strategies for a portfolio of multi-location and franchise clients.
• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits covering site authority, health, and content structure.
• Analyze AI-driven search trends and advise clients on maintaining brand authority in evolving search environments.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams in Content, Social, and Product to deliver cohesive strategies.
• Mentor junior Ranking Strategists and contribute to the development of scalable team frameworks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of SEO experience, with a track record in agency or client-facing roles managing high-value accounts.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Deep knowledge of site architecture, crawlability, indexation, metadata, and schema.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
