What you will do

• Own and execute full-funnel digital growth strategy across SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI-driven discovery channels
• Drive digital mindshare and share of voice across search engines, AI platforms, and key discovery environments
• Define and operationalize intent-driven marketing programs using intent data and tooling to capture high-value audiences
• Partner with Demand Gen and RevOps to connect discovery to pipeline with strong attribution and revenue impact
• Optimize content and digital experiences for AI-driven discovery, including schema markup and semantic strategies for LLMs
• Own technical SEO, build visibility tracking dashboards, and collaborate cross-functionally to align with growth goals

Requirements

• 6–10+ years in digital marketing with deep SEO and digital growth expertise
• 2+ years hands-on with AEO, GEO, or AI search optimization
• Experience owning full-funnel digital strategies from awareness to pipeline generation
• Strong understanding of intent data, buyer journeys, search engines, and LLMs
• Expertise in technical SEO including schema markup, structured data, and site architecture
• Advanced proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, intent platforms, and AI tracking tools
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and data-driven growth strategies

• Experience building dashboards for AI visibility, attribution, and full-funnel performance
• Test-and-learn mindset in rapidly evolving AI and digital landscapes
