What you will do

  • Own end-to-end B2C marketing strategy for a multi-product portfolio focused on user growth, engagement, and revenue.
  • Lead performance marketing and paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other programmatic sources.
  • Drive organic growth via SEO, AEO/GEO, and ASO strategies across web and app platforms.
  • Optimize the full customer lifecycle using CRM, marketing automation, and remarketing channels.
  • Develop and evolve monetization strategies including subscriptions, freemium, and ad-supported models.
  • Build an experimentation culture to optimize creatives, onboarding flows, and pricing.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in B2C marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in multi-channel performance marketing and funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills in attribution, forecasting, and marketing analytics.
  • Deep understanding of B2C monetization models (subscription, freemium, hybrid).
  • Experience managing teams and managers.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in app-first businesses and mobile growth.
  • Experience with browser extensions or web utilities.
  • Experience in international, multi-geo marketing operations.
  • Familiarity with AI-native marketing workflows and automation.
