Project Lead (Service Supply Chain & Logistics)

Location: Hybrid, Belgrade, Serbia

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of complex service supply chain and logistics projects, including planning, execution, documentation, and delivery.
• Coordinate projects across NAMER, CLA, EUR, MEA, and APAC regions.
• Build partnerships with internal stakeholders and executives while identifying new opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and align delivery with strategic goals.
• Track budgets, forecasts, financial milestones, and proof of delivery.
• Support management initiatives through analysis, coordination, problem-solving, accountability tracking, and root-cause resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in financial services, ATM, or payments.
• Experience with Agile project delivery is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of software and infrastructure project delivery.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Spanish language skills.
