What you will do

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable including invoice processing, approvals, and payments via Dokka and Airwallex
• Maintain vendor records, resolve inquiries, and reconcile credit card transactions
• Assist with month-end closings, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and prepaid expenses
• Support quarterly reviews, annual audits, and analytical reviews with documentation and variance explanations
• Handle ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis for the Finance team

Requirements

• 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in hi-tech or high-growth company
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite
• Familiarity with AP automation tools like Dokka and global payment platforms like Airwallex or equivalents
• Solid understanding of full-cycle accounts payable and month-end close processes
• English: Professional working proficiency, written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environment
